Albert Schweitzer wrote "Faith in the progress of man has already become almost impossible for us; we must force ourselves to it, will it, with the courage of desperation." The Indians were trampled by the vision of "Manifest Destiny" which did not stop at the borders of Indian lands held by treaty with the same United States. Public Education created a class of oppressors and Indian haters in the name of civilization and Christianity for all, rendering the Indians as savages and bloodthirsty. The Sky Gods of the Blackfoot Sun Religion taught equal rights of land, water, plants and animals to ensure tomorrow. The Sun is the symbol of the Great Spirit that moves in all things, and makes things grow and gives us warmth. It is a symbol of a spiritual power. Indians were forced to a decision even after the separation of body and soul by religious oppression, whether to go to Indian utopia or Christian heaven. I chose to fight for my grandmothers land, and the decision brought me visions, and purpose, amid the purposelessness and meaningless status among the lost, so at last, I know-God. Our treaty powers died for a century, nobody heard the Indian protest, media lost the thread of the message, all the Indians want is their stolen property and freedom from oppression. Around 1920 local white men asked my great-grandmother, Mattie Medicine Wolf Woman, if she "wanted to go back" testing her opinion of superior white civilization v. the Indian's buffalo economy, and she told them "go back to what?" It was all gone and survival was the order of the day. She sent her oldest son to Carlisle Indian School to get the basics of civilization, and they  built a ranch and acquired a band of sheep and herd of cows and were prosperous until envious whites robbed her land, and her name is on the list of eligible Indian claimants still unresolved to this day. The claims are the root of Indian poverty as how can any American prosper without their private-property. The Wall Street racketeering of millions of Americans mortgages and retirement funds is so similar to Indian land frauds it is scary. The Indians found justice could be "outlawed" as the Secretary of the Interior and Attorney General of the Reagan Administration are defendants in the Indian Money Damage Claims lawsuit. President Reagan stonewalled the claims and refused to send our claims to the Senate Indian Affairs Committee as required by Public Law 96-217, Section 2. Public outcry is needed to move our claims to Congress to restore our stolen reservation lands. It is a win-win situation because innocent white landowners who purchased the Indian allotments with no knowledge of the crimes will be compensated at market value by Government Condemnation Payments, a fund set up in Congress to settle Indian claims. The Sacred Buffalo Vision follows the trail of corruption from 1860 to 2014. We are still fighting for our treaty rights that guaranteed our place in America. Bob Juneau Sr. a  loyal Blackfeet/American.
