THE 'RESERVATION/COUNTY" IS TO AMERICA WHAT WHITE-APARTHEID IS TO SOUTH AFRICA

The "reservation/county" is a hybrid of state government transplanted upon Indian reservation trust property owned by individual Indians alienated in state courts for tax deeds and liens of border-whites; such as Glacier County, Montana, an exclusive white territory incorporated in 1919 by the Montana Legislature within the exterior boundaries of the Blackfeet Reservation without any consent of the Indians or prior approval of Congress as required for transfer of Indian titles to whites by the 1887 Indian Allotment Act. The economic structures of white apartheid lie in the massive Indian land frauds during 1919-1934 which brought county jurisdiction and white ranchers to the reservation economy usurping the self-reliant Indian cattle industry developed by Indian cattle ranchers to end tribal famine after the buffalo were destroyed by American settlers expansion into Indian Country. Reservation lands and water holes owned by Indians were stolen by border-whites who drained the reservation livestock economy to their profits continuing the century old cycle of impoverishing the majority Indian landowners by the political control of a tiny group of border-whites, corporations, and state government encroachment on the reservation. Mass murders of hundreds of Blackfeet landowners during the allotment period 1919-1922 remain unresolved to this day although there are century old claims for the return of Blackfeet land titles to heirs of the original allottees robbed in the claims. My great-grandmothers had their land allotments robbed by the Blackfeet Agent and agency trader Joe Sherburne, who robbed 312 Blackfeet allotments through his bank, real estate, insurance, racketeering of cash and land owned by Indians. My grand-mothers names are listed on the Indian Money Damage Claims as "Eligible Claimants" for restoration of their lands and lost revenues, but it will never happen now that the tribal council and U.S. Senate have agreed to cash payments for the stolen lands of my grandmothers. There are 17,000 original Indian landowners who have claims to regain their stolen lands on their reservations of an estimated 100 million acres nationwide robbed by border-whites living on Indian reservations in white-apartheid territory such as "reservation/county."
I would rather have my great-grandmothers land claims settled before we vote on the water compact.
