BLACKFEET WATER COMPACT APPROVED BY SENATE INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

The last stages of a century-old corporate conspiracy of defrauding 17,000 Indian trust landowners nationwide of 100 million acres of Indian trust property on Indian reservations, in complicity with the United States Government, will end with the state-tribal-federal water compacts. White-apartheid territory labeled "reservation/county" government units were enacted by state legislatures on Indian reservations with no consent of the Indians or prior approval of Congress did issue void Patent-in-Fee titles to border-whites upon the stolen Indian property. "Rights Talk" was an expression used by the American founders to describe the importance of the bill of rights in the United States Constitution of America with John Adams stating, "The people have no fortification against cruel power than the bill of rights. They have no other fortification against wanton, cruel, power; no other indemnification against being ridden like horses, fleeced like sheep, worked like cattle, and fed and clothed like swine. No other defense against fines, imprisonments, whipping post, gibbets and racks." For the Indian people, our "bill of rights" are contained in the treaty promises, which are legal agreements on Indian property protection and economic development in the new economy. The Blackfeet people were successful cattle ranchers by 1893 and their success is guaranteed to be protected by the United States Government, but instead the government is a defendant in the land frauds of Blackfeet Indian trust lands. The water compact will erase all existing and past Indian claims, forever! What about our $600 million claim for stealing our great-grandparents land and oil, cattle and now our water? What is left for us legal heirs to our family lands? These century-old Indian land claims are the "inherited structures of apartheid" that will be preserved for whites if we approve the compact, and it will be the end of reservation economic structures because the border-whites have the financing to control our economy forever with the Blackfeet people slated for corporate slavery. We can do better than that by killing the compact or it will kill us forever. The tribal council is hot after the cash to bail them out of tribal council excesses and to get $400 million for themselves and nothing for the people. It is an economic disaster for the Blackfeet people to forgo their just claims just for cash for the council to piss away in vegas as they always do. To give up our claims and our stolen land for cash only is an insult to the hundreds of dead Blackfeet Indians starved by Joe Sherburne, Superintendents of the agency, Glacier County attorney, Great Northern Railway, Swift & Armor, and Chicago Crime Boss Al Capone, who set up a phony bank in Browning to rob the Blackfeet ranchers. It seem like every crook in the country had his way to the riches on the Blackfeet Reservation including Uncle Sam!
