The "atomizing" of tribal land and water rights into 3,600 individual Indian trust allotments and water rights to water underlying their trust property and a share in tribal water reservoirs and tribal grazing lands reserved for the exclusive use and occupancy of the Blackfeet cattle ranchers in the 1896 Agreement/Article Five, which clause provides "special treaty rights to the Blackfeet cattle ranchers and federal protection of the successful, self-reliant Blackfeet cattle industry" developed by tribal ranchers according to United States Indian Service Inspector C.C. Duncan's Report in 1893 "500 cattle ranchers, 25,000 cattle, shipping steers to Chicago Stockyards, selling beef and hay to the Government, and building ranch homes, barns, chicken coops, vegetable gardens, root cellars, fences, and improvements on their ranch property, and "cash for all needful things." Can we, the modern day, educated Blackfeet Indians say that we have cash for all needful things that our ancestors had in 1893? We live in "chicken coop housing", with no cattle unless you are a tribal council family who take the "tribal land cake", Our claims are for the hundreds of "Forced Fee Patents Cases on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation" compiled by the Bureau of Indian Affairs for Congress in 1980 to restore titles to our stolen individual land allotments which claims we brought to Congress. The Honorary Chiefs Council asked me to help the people with their "land problems" which turned out to be the forced fee patents cases, which we brought to the Senate Indian Affairs Committee who told us to get a tribal council resolution for the senate committee to hold hearings on the forced patents here in Browning, but Chairman Old Person and his BIA handlers ran me out of tribal government-I was fired! In 2001 we finally got tribal resolution #224-2001 passed while Earl was busy in Washington D.C. traveling with his niece on a long trip. He was so angry at us he threatened Ed Spotted Eagle and me with voodoo he got from a black prostitute, but he was unable to use his voodoo to rescind the resolution so he told the senate lawyer the Indians were not interested in pursuing their claims and there in EOP's "rape office" our forced patents claims were killed by your chief not mine! I don't look up to incest in tribal leaders. My belief is Earl was blackmailed by the BIA for incest because he has never been charged by the F.B.I. although they all know including the county attorney and United States Attorney in Billings of his incest on at least two nieces with children produced from his and other tribal officials incest and sex crimes which they get away with because tribal court is under their hiring and firing authority because we have no separation of powers in our constitution but have a council dictatorship. Did Earl give a shit about the tribal employees families freezing in their cars because he wouldn't sign payroll, but instead went to Great Falls to give that other famous raper Bill Cosby a Blackfeet honoring ceremony with an Indian name. All of this intrigue merely to extinguish our forced patents claims and so all the $600 million will go to the tribal council and nothing for the legal heirs to original Blackfeet allottees robbed by white men in Cut Bank and Valier. Institutional Equity is a legal requirement in Indian claims cases that all parties to the claims must be heard! I was tossed out of the water compact meeting in the tribal office by Chairman Old Person-that should tell you about your chairman who kept you poor for 55 years or is it 60 years now? The rest of the political families have followed the original tribal council in 1935 which produced chairman Wright Hagerty and 13 other original tribal council members who had incomes of over $100,000 in 1936, except for Wright Hagerty who had an income of over $500,000 on oil wells he and Great Northern Railway owner Louis Hill robbed from the Blackfeet Tribe amounting to one billion dollars all told since 1936. The claims include a billion dollars for tribal oil stolen but that claim was rejected because tribal council members were part of the racketeering that allowed whites to rob us blind.
VOTE NO ON THE WATER COMPACT WHICH WILL EXTINGUISH OUR FORCED FEE PATENTS CLAIMS AND GIVE THE LANDS AND WATER RIGHTS TO BORDER-WHITES FOREVER WHILE THE TRIBAL COUNCIL HOGS OUR CLAIMS MONEY OF $600 MILLION.
